Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?

Absolutely. Our single territory size is 1,000,000 in population, compare our franchise offering to other commercial cleaning franchises. We want you have enough population to have a great business.

Q: Why should I go into business for myself?

A: On Target Maintenance offers you a way to be your own boss, set your own hours and create your own destiny. Many people have a deep desire to work for themselves, sometimes they just need a little help to get there. We provide the system, the training and the framework, you provide the desire.

Q.  What type of experience must I have ?

A: One of the great things about this business is that you need no previous experience or training. We  show you what it takes to run a successful commercial cleaning service.  We have everything mapped out and ready to go for anyone that commits to becoming an On Target Franchise Owner.

Q. What about advertising and marketing?
A. We act as your marketing department, managing your marketing budget for both direct marketing and selling. You’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself ! We are there to help and guide you: giving you the benefit of our years in this business. We have the marketing materials you will need, it’s not necessary for you to “re-invent the wheel”!

Q. How much training do you provide?
A. Initial training is about 2 weeks with time spent both in the classroom and on the job. After that, we help you on-site to open and get up and running. We’re always here to support you every step of the way and answer questions on specific areas. If you run into a challenge, chances are, we’ve already experienced it.

Q. What will I be doing everyday?
A. In the beginning you’ll be using our proven techniques and systems for bringing in new clients. As time goes on you’ll be managing your own sales and office staff, who will assist you as you grow your company. Like most businesses commercial cleaning has benefited from technology. We have  invested a tremendous amount of time and resources into “Click and Clean”,  our own proprietary business and customer management solution. Coupled with our sales and marketing program, you’ll have a winning system to grow and run your own business.

Q. Commercial Cleaning seems very crowded. Aren’t there too many competitors?
A. While it’s true that cleaning is a mature business, our company has continued to grow over the last 20 years.  Sure we’ve had some up and down years but over time we’ve shown consistent growth There is always room for a better system in this recession resistant business. We feel On Target Maintenance is it!

Q: What kind of commitment will you make to the franchisee?A: Our focus is on you our franchisee. Unlike some franchisors, we don’t sell products to our franchise owners. When we negotiate pricing with our vendors, we pass the savings on to you. the franchise owner. Our main source of franchise revenue is royalties,  we’re motivated to do everything possible to help franchise owners grow their business. We want happy On Target Franchisees to share their success story with others that may consider joining On Target.
